The manor overlooks the traditional village of Puigpunyent in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain range just 12kms inland from Palma. The house is steeped in history and originally belonged to the Net family who resided there from 1672 with the servants and their extended families living in the village below. The village and surrounding area have been untouched by commercial tourism and the magnificent 360 degree panoramic views from the hotel are of endless pine clad hills and mountains

The hotel has been painstakingly restored over the years to retain original flagstone floors, ancient rustic beams and luxury furnishings creating a blend of elegance and style. A modern art collection featuring original works by artists such as Salvador Dali, David Hockney and Andy Warhol gives a contemporary feel to the historic surroundings.

The 25 rooms are a combination of doubles and spacious suites, each individually decorated and differing in style, layout and location, but all furnished to the highest standards and offering the modern amenities associated with a luxury hotel. The extensive grounds surround the hotel and feature spectacular landscaped gardens – ideal for walkers – and a clay tennis court for the more energetic. The enormous terrace faces southwest and houses a magnificent swimming pool with private cabanas that can be hired on a daily basis.
